What is the Clever Portal?

Clever Portal is a website the district uses that gives students and teachers access to different websites that are used for instruction. Through this portal, students can access the Social Studies textbook, Office 365 (used for emailing teachers and sharing documents), and iReady (used for RTI English and Math instruction).

You must have an internet connection to use the Clever Portal.

Steps:

Go to Click on "log-in" on the top right corner of the screen Select "Student" Click "Log in with Office 365" Enter your district log-in information:

o Username: first name, last initial, last 5 numbers of your school ID number, with @ at the end

o Password: school ID number o Example:

Username: AriannaG12345@ Password: 1900012345

Achieve 3000

This is used in the EL classes. Students are able to access this from home for more practice.

I-ready

Student use this program at school. They log in and complete lessons. The lessons assigned based on their learning levels through a diagnostic test the student completes. Only students in Tier 2 or 3 in MTSS will have access.

Khan Academy

HOW TO tutorials on how to work math problems students are bringing home from class. There are teaching videos and examples.

Moby Max

Another practice site for ELA and MATH.

Discovery Education

This is the textbook for Social Studies. Students can go in and read text, watch videos, and learn more about what they are learning in class.
