I am a Storia Educator:

Starting August 8th, Storia will become a part of the Scholastic Digital Manager (SDM).This new platform provides a single place to access and manage all of your Scholastic digital products. We've also partnered with Clever, so districts that use this digital service will be able to sync their student information system with Storia!

Manual Enrollment

1. LOG INTO STORIA: Go to and click the "educator" icon. You will be redirected to our new Scholastic Digital Manager (SDM) platform page at digital..

2. ENTER USERNAME AND PASSWORD: Follow the prompts on the screen to log into SDM.

Note: You should use your existing username and password. These login credentials are the same ones you use to purchase materials through Book Fairs, the Teacher Store, and other online Scholastic stores. If you do not have a login, follow prompts to "Create an account" using your school/district email address.

3. ACTIVATE YOUR PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION: Follow the prompts to activate your product subscription. Use the STORIA Access Code which will be provided by your administrative coordinator.

Can't find your Teacher Access Code? An access code was emailed to your school Storia administrator, usually the person who made the Storia purchase. If the codes cannot be found, please contact Scholastic Customer Service at 1-800-724-2222, Option 5 or digitalservice@

4. ENROLL YOUR CLASSES: You can do this by typing in your students' information or uploading a data file, then following the prompts.

5. GIVE YOUR STUDENTS ACCESS: Select your class and provide access to all students or select students individually. You will be provided with options to share with your students. A teacher will always have access to students' logins.

6. IMPORTANT LAST STEP! To give your student/s access to Storia, you must now sync this new information to Storia. Your last step is--you must select the Storia product icon to launch the application. Anytime you make changes to student's information, e.g. add/remove/edit, you MUST select the Storia product icon to fully update the Storia application.

Automatic Enrollment (via Clever)

Clever only offers its service to districts. If your building would like to use Clever, then you will need to coordinate with your district-level IT administrators.

1. IF YOUR DISTRICT USES CLEVER: Contact your district-level IT administrators to add Scholastic as an approved vendor in Clever.

IMPORTANT: At the start of the School Year, you must click on the Storia product icon to push your rostered classes to the Storia app. Additionally, if any change is made to your roster/classes via your school to Clever, you must select the Storia product icon to complete the update. Anytime changes are made to student's information e.g. add/remove/edit, you MUST select the Storia product icon to fully update the Storia application.

2. IF YOUR DISTRICT DOES NOT USE CLEVER: Contact your district-level IT administrators to get connected to Clever. The Clever service is free for districts. Your district can follow an easy sign-up process at: .

If your district does not use Clever, follow the "Manual Enrollment" process noted above. You will find a "Clever Quick Start Guide" under the "Help and Resources" section of the Scholastic Digital Manager.

If you experience problems signing up or syncing with Clever, please contact Scholastic Customer Service.

Special note to Storia & Clever schools: New this year, starting August, 08, 2017 "Storia School Edition" icon will get removed from the Clever app store. Moving forward, please use the "Scholastic" icon to launch into Storia.

I am a Storia eReader/Student:

Manual enrollment: Please see your teacher for new login instruction. Log in at: , and select "Student Log in". You will be redirected to digital. to enter a username and password provided by your teacher.

Automatic enrollment (via Clever): Please follow the instruction from your teacher/school.

I am a Storia Parent:

If your child starts the new school year on or around 08/08/17, then the teacher can provide a new code to your child in school.

If your child does not start school until later in August, then please contact us directly on 08/08/17 or after to receive instruction on how to give access to your child. Please call 800-7242222, option 5 or email digitalservice@
