Operations Specialist Job Description

Anew Recruiting, a specialized search and placement firm, has an immediate opening for an Operations Specialist with

a rapidly growing B2B Manufacturing company in the Boulder area.

Our client is a fun, dynamic, team-oriented company who is looking for someone with all the qualities above, as well as

someone who is eager to learn a new industry and how they can be most successful to the overall goals and priorities of

the company. The Operations Specialist main objective is to assist the Operations Manager and fly or drive to sites,

help offload containers, assemble them on-site and train staff. We are looking for an able-bodied man or woman who

possesses excellent people skills, the ability to problem solve under pressure, and who can work efficiently. The ideal

candidate will have a very flexible schedule.

Possible additional duties include:

- Prospecting customers; customer sales

- Customer service

- Freight and transportation logistic coordination

Required:

- Ability to lift heavy walls (50-75 lbs).

- Painting and sanding skills.

- Experience and confidence operating heavy machinery (forklift, telehandler, etc.).

- Team management and leadership skills ¨C you will be working with a small team and will need to delegate and

direct.

- Must be comfortable traveling, and while most expenses are paid for in advance (flights, hotels, machinery

booking), you will need to pay for, then get reimbursed for, some incidentals and meals.

- Construction knowledge or experience helpful.

- Passport may be necessary.

- Must be professional and be prepared to be an ambassador for our brand, representing the company to the client.

- Laptop, cell phone, valid US driver¡¯s license, and clean motor vehicle record.

- Background check, drug screen, and references may be required
