ZONTA INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 17 GOVERNOR’S AWARDS(To be presented during District 17 Conference in Hong Kong, 13-15 September, 2013)QUESTIONNAIRETO ALL CLUB PRESIDENTS: Similar to past biennium, District 17 Awards will be given by Governor Winnie Teoh based on Club performance in accordance with the Zonta International 2012-2014 Theme: Credibility, Visibility and Governance, and the District 17 2012-2014 Theme: Reinvent the Zonta Difference (We Care, We Contribute, We Mentor).There are altogether 7 Awards at club level with First, Second and Third Places, based on performance of the Zonta Clubs during the period of 1 June, 2012 – 30 July, 2013.Most Outstanding Zonta Difference Achievement Award Most Outstanding Zonta Difference Service AwardMost Outstanding Zonta Difference Advocacy AwardMost Outstanding Zonta Difference Membership AwardMost Outstanding Zonta Difference Visibility AwardMost Outstanding Zonta Difference Club Website AwardMost Outstanding Zonta Difference Club Webpage AwardThose Clubs that has somed a Zonta Club, Golden Z or Z Clubs will also be presented with a Governor’s Award. There will also be a Most Outstanding Zonta Difference Area Award to be presented at the District Conference.In addition, there will be a ‘Most Outstanding Zonta Difference ZIF Participation Award’ of which the performance of the Zonta Clubs will be gathered at a later stage. The award will be presented during the District Meeting at the ZI Convention in Orlando. INSTRUCTIONS:The questionnaire is to be filled up by each District 17 Club President with the help of their Board, by checking the appropriate space pertaining to the actual situation in the Club for the period 1 June 2012 to 31 July 2013. Clubs should complete individual form for that Award. Scores will be given by a panel of judges composed of Current & Past District Governors.
