Altria Group Distribution Company ("AGDC") on behalf of U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company ("USSTC")

Overview Objective

AGDC, on behalf of USSTC, is pleased to offer coupons redeemable on select USSTC products to select Retailers during the April & May 2016 Sales Cycles.

The objective of the USSTC Retailer Coupons is to provide discounts to Adult Moist Smokeless Tobacco Purchasers ("AMSTPs") at retail.

April & May 2016 USSTC Retailer Coupon Programs

Each eligible Retailer may receive select coupons for the following Retail Coupon Programs from their AGDC Representative during the April & May 2016 Sales Cycles.

Retail Coupon Program Skoal Blends

Coupon Offer Save $1.00 off next can Save $1.00 off of two-can purchase

Retailers should offer only one coupon to each AMSTP per day and that these coupons should only be used towards the purchase of the SKUs indicated on the coupon.

Merchandising Your AGDC Representative will work with you on placing the coupons in your MST fixture or in another non-self-service location.

Action Required Monitor inventory levels of applicable SKUs and make any necessary adjustments going forward.

Coupon Redemption Process

The coupons are redeemable via the normal coupon redemption process which can be found on the back of each coupon. Please reference the USSTC Coupon Redemption Policy on for specific instructions for coupon reimbursement and terms and conditions.
