PurposeTo provide oversight and leadership of HAMC initiatives related to improving care and mortality of patients with sepsis and compliance with CMS and other regulatory agency initiatives including the CMS SEP-01 Bundle.Problem StatementSepsis is a major global healthcare problem that affects millions of people annually.
