Parks Coffee started with humble origins in the family garage in 1986. Today, we import thousands of pounds of coffee on a regular

basis and roast daily at our Roastery in Carrollton, TX. Our family of 400+ team members is committed to delivering you and your

We source, import, blend and roast our own coffee and deliver it as freshly as we can to your office. That's why it's so good. We are also proud to employ a roast master with a Q Grader Certification, a very rare instance and the closest thing there is to a coffee sommelier.

Industry-leading, best-in-class, unmatched, unbelievable; call it whatever you want, our service level is the best in the business and the icing on the cake is that it comes with a great-tasting cup of coffee. Each and every Parks customer is treated with the same level of respect and service. Big or small, fancy or casual, your breakroom and your employees are what matter most. Our Parks team makes it simple; no need to fill out weekly orders or count inventory, we do it all for you. Every two weeks, or more if needed, your Parks team will clean, organize, merchandise and inventory your full breakroom.

COFFEE EQUIPMENT Direct from our roastery to your breakroom, our coffee is fresh and flavorful. We also stock and distribute a wide variety of other national brand coffees and all the equipment needed to keep your breakroom running properly. From single serve cups to frac packs and air pots, our coffee services team will help determine what coffees, flavors and equipment work best for each break room.

4 Our Story | Parks Coffee

OUR FRESH POT PROGRAM Parks Coffee is the first and only office coffee company to institute a program to provide customers with sanitized and sealed coffee pots each time your route driver visits. This Fresh Pot Program has your route driver return each air-pot and glass pot or carafe to the Parks headquarters to be washed in a three-part, restaurant-style clean area, sanitized, air-dried, and hermetically sealed using a heated oven to protect against dust and germs. We offer this service to all Parks customers at no cost. It's just part of our commitment to freshness.

PARKS PANTRY & MICRO-MARKETS Yum, yum. Smell those oven-fresh cookies. From our freshly made sandwiches and salads to the cookies, snacks and beverages your employees crave, Parks Pantry and Micro Markets offer an open-air approach to traditional vending. We provide hundreds of satisfying, nutritional, healthy and delicious food and beverage options. Each breakroom is tailored to fit the tastes and needs of your employees and space. And they come with that same great Parks service to keep things clean and well stocked.

ICE COLD & REFRESHING Parks water division extends our fresh approach to your breakroom water and ice needs with filtering systems, ice makers and water units. Our service technicians are skillfully trained to install, service and sanitize all commercial ice and water machines. Routine maintenance and cleaning keep your water and ice tasting as fresh as possible.

At Parks Coffee, we share your passion for exquisite blends and bold flavors. All Parks Coffee blends are made with 100% Arabica beans. Arabica coffee is grown at higher elevations and produces higher quality beans with more aroma and flavor than the inferior Robusta bean. Many coffees are blends using beans from different regions or countries to layer and complement flavors and notes.
