This includes delivering the Admissions Service in a flexible way to meet customer demands.To be proactive in the work of the college Advice and Guidance team and to process admissions enquiries through to enrolment on appropriate college programmes.Duties and Responsibilities:To provide outstanding advice and guidance service to potential applicants and applicants to the College to help ensure that they apply and enrol on the course most suitable to their requirements.Providing initial information advice and guidance on a busy course helplineContribute towards an efficient administrative service for applicants to ensure that targets for application turnaround and conversion are met within agreed SLAs. Work in partnership with curriculum and support staff to ensure an efficient and seamless service for the Admissions process.To deliver outstanding customer service to customers adhering to SLAs.The delivery of the applicant interview day experience to ensure that a quality service is provided for external and internal stakeholders to customers adhering to SLAs.
