1. First Impression – (appearance, greeting, handshake)
2. Tell me about yourself. (Candidates should respond in a positive manner, including information about their education, experience and skills – as it relates to the job sought).
3. Tell me about you main strengths and weaknesses. (Candidates should be able to verbalize their strengths, and be able to share areas where they could improve their skills, knowledge and ability.)
4. Why do you want to work in this field? (Candidate should be able to express why they’re interested in the field and what they enjoy about it.)
5. Where do you see yourself in five years? (Candidate should be able to tell the interviewer they hope to continue to gain knowledge and experience in their field as well as their willingness to stay at the job for a while if it is a good fit.)
6. Describe a conflict you have had with a co-worker and how it was resolved. (Candidate should be able to relay a situation and how they handled it.)
7. Please tell us about any experience you have had in multi-tasking.
8. Do you have questions you would like to ask?
