According to Mark Morse, BLM Northwest Center Manager, recreational uses are growing quickly in NW CO: "Recreation is going to become the biggest factor in all of Colorado, especially in the northwest." Recreation includes rafting, mountain biking, hunting large elk populations, off-highway motorcycles and other off-road vehicles. ................
