Tuition is a flat rate for fall and spring semester regardless of the number of credit hours (1-18).

Rates published by the Bursar¡¯s Office are approved by the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents reserves the right to change tuition and fees at any time. Tuition

charged is based on residency classification, number of credit hours and your college, school or program. Fractional credit hours outside of flat rate tuition are

assessed the average rate between the two closest credit hours. Dual degrees are charged the higher rate. These rates apply to Boulder Main Campus only. Classes

taken on different campuses and Continuing Education incur separate tuition and fees. Rates, deadlines and guarantee groups may be subject to change.

CU Boulder Tuition Guarantee

Tuition for undergraduate nonresident and international students is guaranteed to be the same rate for four years. For more

information, please visit the Bursar¡¯s Office website at colorado.edu/bursar. (Students first enrolled in Summer 2022 pay

Group Q rates in Summer 2022 and then move to Group R rates starting in Fall 2022.)
