Begun in the late 1950s, this collection stands out as the most impressive collection of such pieces that we have had the pleasure to offer at auction. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION SALE

PLEASE NOTE: All Bidders and others bidding via online means agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby:

1. IDENTIFICATION: Bidders are required to obtain a bidding number from the cashier and give full name, address, phone number and driver's license info or acceptable substitute.

2. PAYMENT: To be made during or immediately following close of auction sale in cash check or MC/VISA with full identification. 3% buyer surcharge on all credit card purchases.

3. BUYER PREMIUM: Each transaction will be subject to a 10% (onsite purchases) or a 15% (online purchases) buyer premium, which will be added to the final bid price to form the final contract price and amount payable before sales tax or any other relevant charges.

4. SALES TAX: All onsite purchases, all online purchases to Ohio purchasers, and all online purchases to out-of-state buyers who pick up their purchases in person will be subject to a 6.75% (Greene County, Ohio) sales tax on the final contract price unless Purchaser presents a valid vendor number and signs a sales tax exemption form at the Auction site.

5. REMOVAL: No property may be removed from auction site until fully paid for.

6. ONLINE PURCHASE DELIVERY: Purchases made via online bidding will be delivered to Purchaser as indicated on the online bidding platform terms unless Purchaser and Auctioneer mutually agree otherwise.

7. DISPUTED BIDS: The final bidder will be deemed to be the bidder recognized by the Auctioneer accepting bids, In the event of a disputed bid, the decision of the Auctioneer will be final.

8. RESPONSIBILITY: Once property is pronounced sold by the Auctioneer, the responsibility for the safety of the property passes with it to the buyer.

9. AGENCY: The Auctioneers are acting as agents only and are not responsible for acts of or statements by the principal.

10. RECORDS: The record of auction sale kept by the clerk will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. This auction may be recorded by audio and/or video tape, photography, and any other media format for record, advertising, and other purposes.

11. CONDITION OF PROPERTY SOLD: The Auctioneers shall not be held responsible for condition of property sold as all property is exposed to public examination and sold "as is" without recourse.

12. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements made at the time of the auction take precedence over any previous statements, written or otherwise.

13. ADDITIONS: Any returned checks will be turned over to the proper authorities for collection.
