Columbus Medical Association Physicians CareConnection (PCC) Services Provided: PCC operates a free clinic for walk-in primary care, scheduled specialty care and dental care. Hours: Every Monday (No clinic on holidays or when Columbus Public Health is closed.) 4:30 p.m. ? Dental services begin 5:00 p.m. ? Xenos Fourth Street Free Clinic Services Provided: Xenos Christian Fellowship offers free medical care to those who do not have Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance and are below the 200% poverty level. Not included in provided care includes: school, work and sports physicals, disability, social security, workers compensation or any other type of disability claims, STD or pregnancy testing. Only 12 patients seen on a first come, first serve basis per clinic. Patients must sign in between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Hours: 1st & 3rd Monday evenings. Xenos Physical Therapy Clinic Services Provided: Xenos Christian Fellowship offers free physical therapy to those who do not have Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance and are below the 200% poverty level. Only 6 patients seen on a first come, first serve basis per clinic. Patients must sign in between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Hours: 1st Monday evenings. Ohio Latino Health Network and OSU Medical Center Services Provided: Free health clinic for Spanish speaking individuals that provides ongoing, comprehensive healthcare including gynecologic care for women (No obstetric care) or dental care. The doctor, dentist and staff all speak Spanish. Patients are seen by appointment only. Call to schedule an appointment. Hours: Tuesdays 5:30 p.m. ? 8:30 p.m.

Vineyard Free Medical Clinic Services Provided: Free walk-in clinic serving uninsured, Medicaid or Medicaid eligible with income at or below 200% of the poverty level. (Medicare or other government issued healthcare programs are not eligible). This clinic provides evaluation and care for those with pain involving the head, neck, back or joints. No x-rays. Vineyard Community Church Clinic ? Reynoldsburg/Etna Services: This clinic offers free medical care for the uninsured. Prescriptions can be written and $4 gift cards are given to purchase one month's supply of prescriptions. Free pregnancy testing and pregnancy classes and free ultrasound are available. Mentoring for mothers and host families is also available. Narcotics are not available at this clinic. Hours: Every Wednesday 6:30 p.m. ? 8:30 p.m. First come, first serve basis. Lower Lights Christian Health Center Services Provided: This clinic focuses on whole person wellness serving Medicaid, Medicare, CareSource, Molina, uninsured and private insurance patients. These clinics provide prenatal care, immunizations, well-child checkups, physicals, routine care and chronic disease management. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based upon income; however, all patients are seen regardless of ability to pay. Linworth Free Clinic Services Provided: Free walk-in clinic for all ages serving uninsured and Medicaid or Medicaid eligible with income at or below 200% poverty level. Doors open for sign-in at 6 p.m. and physicians starts seeing patients at 6:30 p.m. First come, first serve. Up to 10 patients will be seen. No lab work or medication dispensed. Noor Community Clinic Services Provided: Free clinic for eligible individuals whose household income is at or below 200% of poverty guidelines and are not eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or any other health insurance. This clinic provides routine medical care, including physical exams and treatment of non-emergency illnesses. This clinic does not provide immunizations, TB screenings, dental or prenatal care. Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center Services Provided: Free clinic for adults at or below 200% poverty level, uninsured, underinsured and looking for a medical home. This clinic provides medical, chiropractic care, work and school physicals (Fridays only), counseling, vision and dental referrals, diabetes screening and foot checks, medication and lab services and patient education, social services and spiritual guidance. TB testing is also available on Wednesdays before Friday clinics. Interpreters available if you call ahead. Hours: 2 Thursdays and 2 Fridays a month.
