6. Vote needed on money for a Christmas Breakfast for Special Education & Turkey for Ugly Turkey Legs & 12 Days of Stuco supplies: Vote on holiday supplies as in breakfast food, a turkey or ham, Christmas decoration supplies: unanimous favor

7. Reminder that service hour logs are due by December 6. You can turn them into Ashtin Ballard or you can drop them off at K 109.

8. More Volunteer Opportunities

a. HOSA’s 5K Run: Saturday, 12/7/2013 – Shift #1 is from 9:00 AM-11:00 PM, help pass out water and granola bars. They need approx. 20 students.

b. Serving Dinner to the Homeless at Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX: Thursday, 11/21/2013, from 5:30-7:00 PM. 15 students needed

c. Painting over old paint in the WHS parking lot: Saturday, 11/16/2013 from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, 20 students needed

9. Reminder – If you are involved with another organization in the building that you are doing projects with please let me know and I’ll count those in the appropriate place in our state papers. Ex: Intruder drill hours count for Stuco

Section 3 Executive Board Officers

The Public Relations Officer shall:

a. Run all Student Council social media websites and keep information current.

b. Design, organize, and create digital media for digital competitions.

c. When needed, the public relations officer will create digital media for the committees that request it.

d. Will maintain position by earning 10 service hours minimum per semester.
