If prompted, choose the Google option to log in with your FCPS username and password. The click Enterprise ID.→ if Prompted → First Time Log InIf a student is not logged into Google Chrome web browser when they click on “Continue with Google,” they will be asked to complete the log into Google Chrome, which is a separate login from Adobe. Adobe uses the Google Account to authenticate the student or staff login for Photoshop. That is why this extra step may be necessary. It will have to be done each time a student or staff member uses a different computer that hasn’t been used before.(Back to Table of Contents)TroubleshootingIf you or a student are having issues logging in AND you are certain an account has been created, follow these steps to help resolve the login issue. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud App on the computer and sign out. Click “CONTINUE” to complete the log out.Then click the CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE button to log back in.Launch Photoshop, Illustrator or another application. Click “CREATE NEW” to ensure the application is working.(Back to Table of Contents)Activation Limit of 2 MachinesYour Adobe Account can only be used on two machines. If you are using Creative Cloud at home and at school, it is recommended that you use the same machines at each location. Otherwise, you will be presented with this screen and required to remotely sign out of one of the other machines. You can certainly use this option if you want to use a third machine. Reinstalling Adobe Core AppsIf a computer is reimaged, then Adobe Creative Cloud Core Apps will need to be reinstalled from the Software Center. Teachers SHOULD be able to do this but the User Support Specialist can definitely help. It needs to be done at the machine that needs the software reinstalled. Some programs will need the Adobe Creative Cloud Video Apps, Lightroom or Animate as well.1895350(Back to Table of Contents)2324100161925Logging into your Adobe Cloud StorageGo to and click LOG IN at the top right cornerOn the next screen click ENTERPRISE ID From School: You should be automatically logged in with your FCPS username and passwordAt Home: If prompted, enter your FCPS username and password. Creative Cloud - You can store up to 80 GB of project files and download the apps at home. FCPS will update the CC Apps between school years unless there is a security issue. It is recommended that you keep your Adobe CC at home the same version as at school. While very inconvenient, it is a prudent security measure.To Upload Files Manually: While logged into as shown above, go to “YOUR WORK,” click the SYNCED FILES tab and click SELECT FILES button to choose files to upload.(Back to Table of Contents)Downloading Adobe Files Download your files to your computer to continue working on them. Mouse over the file you want to download and click the checkbox to select it. Choose how you want to download the file (PSD, JPG, PNG).NOTE: You can only download one file at a time.(Back to Table of Contents)Uploading Updated Files to AdobeOnce you have made changes to the file, you can upload it back to the Synced Files in Creative Cloud so that it is accessible to you at home or at school.Check the original file in the Synced Files tab. Click the “three dots: and select “Upload a New Version.” You’ll be prompted to confirm you want to replace the old file. Here is a copy of the email explanation about this change. Students and teachers will have to use this structure from now puter Graphics P: drives have been re-arranged. This will probably be a sore-spot, but it took months re-working permissions for literally everything on the network. This lead to “normalizing” some of the network shares. NO data has been deleted, ONLY moved.
