With the Xfinity My Account app

Manually from the power source

For Android devices, tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, then tap Internet.

You may need your Xfinity username and password to log in.

Open the My Account app and tap the Internet icon.

Tap the Wireless Gateway. Select "Restart this Device."

Tap "Restart Device" to confirm.

Your device will take 510 minutes to restart.
