New applicants are encouraged to send photos and/or written descriptions of their displays. NEW APPLICANTS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR ONE (1) TABLE.

Applications are processed as soon as we have enough to fill the available tables, so to avoid disappointment, you must return your completed application for tables by November 26 (Thanksgiving). However, table assignments or other responses

to table applicants will not be sent out until January. Table payment checks are

deposited when received. This does not necessarily mean that you have been

assigned a table. Your table payment will be refunded with any sold out or rejection notices. Table questions need to be directed to our mailbox or at: macashow@.

Each exhibitor should order his own tables. This means that each table holder must send in his own completed application form and check. Requests by exhibitors desiring tables together will be honored as much as possible. Table assignments near another exhibitor will not be considered unless request is made by both exhibitors. Note such a request in the left margin of the application. Two

tables maximum for all applicants except for those who had three tables at the 2015 Show.

FOOD.................................. Concession stands will be on premises. There is a wide choice of restaurants in the area.

AWARDS.......................... All displays will be considered for an award and ALL display applications must be accompanied by a completed blue Display Information Form.

TABLE RATING............... The M.A.C.A. has been presenting Shows for 61 years. To avoid unrelated material and flea market items, we instituted our table rating system. It is no secret, and we don't want it to be. This is how it works:

Look at the enclosed application form. When you fill it out -- FILL IT OUT COMPLETELY AND HONESTLY. At the Show (the floor is divided into sections), Show Committeemen rate the tables, each man rating the tables in his section. All other Committee members and all club members are also on the lookout for violations and unacceptable material. The Committeemen rate the table as to type, quality, and quantity of items displayed. At subsequent meetings of the Screening Committee (27 men), every table - all 900+ - are reviewed, and the type and quality of the items you actually brought are matched up with what you said you'd bring as noted on your application. Sometimes there are differences - considerable differences. Those exhibitors are refused tables at future Shows. AGAIN - FILL OUT THE APPLICATION COMPLETELY AND HONESTLY and don't bring junk. It's that simple.

EXHIBITOR’S

BADGES......................... If you desire exhibitor’s badges for others at your table, list their names as well as your own on the table request form. All badges that you require and are entitled to must be requested by mail and/or email prior to Friday of the show. Use macashow@ to email badge changes.

Badges will be limited to two for the first table plus one for each additional table. Absolutely no badges will be sold to non-exhibitors. Persons without badges will not be admitted before 9:00 a.m. Saturday. This is done for your protection. Badge changes made at the Show will cost $10 per badge change and/or addition.

Everyone in the Show during the hours it is open to exhibitors only must be wearing an exhibitor’s badge with his/her own name on it. Badges are not transferable. You are responsible for seeing that any badges issued to you are worn only by the person whose name appears on them. If anyone is caught wearing a badge with another

person's name on it, the badge will be confiscated and the table holder to whom it was issued will be suspended from future Shows. No badges will be issued on Sunday.

.

This Show is put on voluntarily by club members who get NO pay. The above rules are in everyone's best interest if we are to have a good Show.

We reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary at any time to provide the best Show we can for our exhibitors and the public.
