A series of workshops for residential child care agencies to learn about changes resulting from legislation signed by Governor David Paterson (Chapter 323 of the Laws of 2008) and taking effect on January 17, 2009. The program is sponsored by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
This program is appropriate for the leadership teams of residential child care agencies licensed and operated by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services. It is also relevant for staff designated as the primary agency contact or liaison for IAB investigations
For each participant attending from your facility, please fax a copy of this completed form to the Residential Child Care Project, Cornell University 607 255 4837 before November 25, 2008.
