To be clear, same geographic location PCS moves will only be executed with due regard to the operational readiness of the commands involved. Losing and gaining commands are encouraged to coordinate with placement coordinators and detailers in PERS-4 as required. PERS-4 shall adjudicate same geographic location PCS move decisions in situations where losing and gaining commands do not agree on an execution timeline. This adjudication may be delegated, but no lower than the O-6 Division Director level at PERS-4.?I have PCS orders and have already detached, what do I do??Level 1 CDC Advisory Level Locations (U.S. – all 50 states and 5 U.S. territories)?a. If you have detached and your orders have NO training, execute your orders(unless to a level 3 country in which case you will delay until after 11 May 2020)?b. If you have detached and your orders have training I-Stops, report to thelocation of the first training and complete the training.1.? If there is additional training in that same geographic location as your firsttraining I-Stop, complete all training.2. ?If the additional training is in a different geographical location, you shouldremain at the last completed training location and contact your detailer for further guidance.a) If the ultimate activity is in the same geographic location as yourtraining, report to your ultimate activity.b) If the ultimate activity is in a different geographical location as yourlast training I-Stop, remain at that training I-Stop and contact your detailer for further guidance.?Level 2 CDC Advisory Locations (All countries not classified as Level 3)?a.??? No restrictions on Sailor transferring from or to a Level 2 location (unless to a Level 3 location, in which case you will delay until after 11 May 2020)b.??? If you are transferring from a Level 2, you are required to have a 14-day ROM before reporting to the next military activity, which can be taken in the form of leave or ACC 350 I-StopIf your dependents are traveling with you to a Level 2 country, then a waiver from your gaining or losing command is required for their travel. The waiver must be submitted to PERS-4 by the commands. What do I do??Contact your detailer. I’ve confirmed that my PCS is impacted by a stop movement order, but I have already submitted my movement request to the Personal Property Office. What will they do with my shipment??It depends.- If your shipment has not yet been awarded to a moving company, it will be put in a hold status pending further guidance (e.g. either the stop movement order is rescinded or you receive approval from your chain of command to continue with your move).- If your shipment has been awarded to a moving company, but has not yet been serviced (e.g. packing has not begun), please contact your servicing Shipping Office.
