|Partner. Responsible for acquisition and development of mixed-use properties in Bay Area markets. Placed three |

|redevelopment properties into escrow totaling $20 million in purchase price and $75 million in cost. |

1987-2000 TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY, Foster City, CA

|City Leader, 1999-2000. Managed 55-person, $7 million business unit in Northern California with four lines of |

|business, including development, brokerage, property management and retail services. During 1999 and 2000, delivered |

|profits 300% above initial forecast and 50% above budget respectively. Generated 80% growth in institutional property |

|management business year-to-year from 3 to 5 million sf of office, industrial and retail properties. Doubled brokerage|

|revenue year-to-year, and grew staff to include 11 experience tenant representatives and project leasing agents. Led |

|team which completed $120 million sublease of 370,000 sf campus in San Jose. Oversaw development of over 275,000 sf of|

|office/R&D product with market value of $62 million in South San Francisco, San Jose and Fremont. |
