Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties welcomes Paul L. White as its new head of Keller Williams Commercial Division, Miami.

Miami, Fl. – December 2007 --- Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties is pleased to add Paul L. White, a seasoned veteran in commercial property sales and management to its team as Director of the Commercial Division for Keller Williams in Miami. After record-breaking sales and multi-million dollar transactions, such as a 50 million dollar commercial sale in Coral Gables, Keller Williams co-owners Vladimir Golik and Louis Erice needed a professional with Paul’s knowledge and experience to further nurture its rapidly developing commercial division.

Paul has over 33 years of experience in commercial real estate including property management, commercial brokerage, construction, marketing, development and accounting. He has led a staff of 30 property managers in the management of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties and apartment buildings, consisting of over 6 million square feet.

Paul L. White, CPM® is also President of Paul L. White & Associates, a commercial real estate company that consults clients about development, property management and construction management throughout Florida. He is also the Regional Director for Cost Segregation Study, LLC, which provides the engineering services for performing cost segregation studies on commercial properties for the purpose of accelerating depreciation.

The unique culture of Keller Williams attracted Paul to this rapidly expanding company that was founded in 1983 and is currently one of the four largest real estate companies in the country. “I met the Keller Williams name and associates at a Florida Association of Realtors meeting in Hollywood about 6 months prior,” said Paul. “ I was impressed with their people, their attitude and the culture in which they were thriving.”

As the Director of the Commercial Division for Keller Williams, Paul’s goal is to establish a professional group within Keller Williams to provide the highest level of commercial real estate services to their clients. He will also focus on training and recruitment of other commercial brokers looking to improve personally and professionally.

Paul is a graduate of Georgia Tech and holds four major real estate designations: CPM, Certified Property Manager; CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member; CSM, Certified Shopping Center Manager; and RPA, Real Property Administrator.
