THE BASICS
How to Register Students may register one of five ways: Online at myaccess.cod.edu By mail at the address below By fax at (630) 942-3785 By phone at (630) 942-2208 Email Continuing Education at ce@cod.edu
? Parents must use student's information when registering.
? Parents and students can use the registration form at the back of this book to register for classes when mailing or faxing.
? Required forms are also available online at cod.edu/cehighschool

Cancellations and Minimum Enrollment We require a minimum number of enrolled students in order to run a class. To avoid inconvenience to students, staff will cancel a class 3-5 business days prior to the start date and offer participants alternative classes (if applicable) or a full refund. Avoid disappointment and register early.
Refund Policy ? A full refund is
issued if a student withdraws from firstsemester classes by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5. ? Withdrawals for the second semester must occur prior to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 5. ? Full refunds are issued for classes that do not meet a minimum enrollment one week prior to the scheduled start date. ? Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons: ? If a student registers for class and does
not attend. ? If a student withdraws after the above-
mentioned withdrawal dates for any reason. ? If a student is dropped for violation of the Student Code of Conduct--Inappropriate Use of Computer/Internet and/or the High School Attendance Policy.
Accommodations for Students with Disabilities In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and amendments, College of DuPage Continuing Education provides the opportunity for students to succeed. Accommodations will be determined based on the documentation provided by the student/parent. The College is not responsible for communicating with your student's high school or counselor; you must ensure you are providing our team with the appropriate documentation. If requesting accommodations, please notify the Center for Access and Accommodations at least 30 days prior to the start of the first class.
