|adults, children and young people. Your pack should include information about a range of communication methods, both verbal and non-verbal. It should also |
|include advice about how to identify the different communication needs of individuals, some of the barriers to effective communication and how these can be |

|poster/fact sheet should identify 4 different methods and should include both verbal and non-verbal |
