Assume you are an assistant for a manufacturer of sportswear. Your boss makes the following statements regarding your performance. For each example, explain what may be implied, outside of what is explicitly stated.
1. “When you finish editing the report, be sure to proofread your work.”

For each of the following examples, articulate what may be implied, outside of what is explicitly stated.
1. Every report received from one of your employees includes numerous errors.

ACTIVITY 2.3: GROUP COMMUNICATION
FROM GROUPS TO TEAMS
Use the following template to generate an internal team review. Rank each member according to his or her value to the team. In addition, provide each team member feedback, identifying his or her strengths and areas where he or she might improve.
To begin this process, record each team member’s name on a copy of the template and then score him or her on a scale of 1-5 (one being the lowest and five being the highest) in the column next to each of the team activities.
