As a result of this workgroup, criteria for funding was developed and clarified, and collaboration of care planning was reviewed. WHAT’S NEW, CHANGED, OR CLARIFIED:Chapter 7h Appendices, Section VI has been updated to incorporate the changes developed by the workgroup. ACTION:Effective immediately, staff should:Follow all policy outlined in the updated Chapter 7h Appendices, Section VIUse DSHS Form 13-712 with the revision date 8/2019.A webinar will be presented on the policy update outlined in Chapter 7h Appendices, Section VI on Tuesday, October 15th from 10:30am to 11:30am, and a separate email for registration will be sent to the field.
