standards of member service, security, control, and cleanliness are

teller transactions and teller drawers monthly and on a continuous

basis. Audit and balance ATM and cash vault daily. Assist in

regular cash dispense machine audits.

Management-Actively manage a staff of up to twenty people. Act

as general showroom manager in his absence. Implement and ensure compliance with personnel policies and procedures, and ensure O.S.H.A. compliance. Act as Human Resources liaison providing assistance to employees in areas such as payroll and benefits. Assist general showroom manager in employee recruitment, hiring, performance improvement counseling, and when necessary, the termination of employment.

Inventory Control-Oversee shipping and receiving of over two million dollars in inventory. Singularly execute the inventory process quarterly. Audit to ensure consistent and accurate pricing of all merchandise. Received Silver award for low inventory shrink.

Monetary Control-Responsible for the monetary transactions store wide of over two million dollars. This includes cash, credit, and “In House Financing”. In Home Installation-Responsible for installation of all major electronic purchases for the Tallahassee market. Assist in the design of dedicated theaters, and entire home automation and audio. Coordinate installation with other stores, set and monitor installation schedules, assign teams, and resolve installation issues with the customer. Our team has consistently been recognized for exceeding installation quotas.
