While you will make observations about the newspaper as a whole, you may also focus on areas particular to your job (photographers can focus on photos and captions, for example). This memo should be organized logically (by paper or by observation, for example) and be no more than two pages long. Your memo should conclude with a paragraph detailing how, given your observations of other papers, you plan to improve or make a new contribution to The HUB this year.
