Board clarified HOA does not pay for those repairs, the vendor does. In terms of pet waste, homeowner suggested particular areas that could benefit from cameras. Homeowner expressed issue with approach to rule’s being broken, e.g. warnings more than ticketing (e.g. received two certified letters in a row). Board explained warnings go out prior to ticketing, first offenses receive warnings. Homeowner also brought up high taxes and asked there is anything the Board can do or perhaps a community appeal to the town…1303 Servando- Homeowner expressed issue with approach to parking enforcement in general/policing the community. Unit 1015 and Unit [DOT’s Unit] countered that they are happy the way the community is run and maintained. 1201 Jessica – Requested HOA send out a notice about how open garage doors in the winter affect the community. Also suggested a pet area to mitigate waste issue. 506 Susan – Issue with pets not on a leash, other residents noise levels (laundry at odd hours, dogs barking, smoking in unit). Also asked if Board can enforce water heater replacement (Board cannot enforce, only suggest). ................
