I would like to welcome on Mr. Rusty Fornea, the new Councilman for district 5 to replace our dear friend Mr. Phillipp Bedwell. I have enjoyed Mr. Bedwell and his time on the council, even though we bumped heads a good bit. He was a blessing to us and I wanted to thank you. I would like to send my condolences to Councilman Lewis. ................
