Thrift Store Valuation Guide

The valuation table includes high and low estimates of value. Please choose a

value within the range that is keeping with the current condition of your donated

item. This includes age, condition and quality of item.

for charitable contributions consisting of property other than cash worth more

than $500 to file an Internal Revenue Service form 8283, non cash charitable

contributions.

All appliances, electronics and equipment assumed to be in working condition,

and all clothing and furniture donated are in good, overall condition.

If you have donations picked up, our drivers will gladly supply you with a receipt.

The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires donors to value their

items. New Federal Income tax regulations require donors claiming deductions
