Dear Commissioner or Tournament Director:
In this envelope, I have mailed you packets for your teams planning to enter the 2005 ASA GIRL’S 18 & UNDER FASTPITCH CLASS ‘A’ NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. It is very important that you be sure to give this to the managers immediately following their final game. Emphasize to the managers that the entry form, rosters, pictures, etc.; be sent to me at the earliest possible date. This will allow us to properly plan and execute the National Championship activities. Items received at a late date may not get into the program and any entry received after the deadline cannot be accepted.
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter and cordially invite you to share our hospitality in Columbus, Georgia during the tournament.
Best Regards,
Tommy Groce
Tournament Director

Please see that these packets get to the proper ASA Official so that the teams receive the information they need. In most cases, this should be sent to the Tournament Director of the tournament qualifying teams for the Nationals.
