Contract Opportunity Description:

|PG&E is Sourcing to award Master Service Agreements for General Contractors who can provide various construction related services to PG&E |

|as requested by PG&E. The specific scope of type of work will be as described below. |

| |

|Contractor also must have experience in the following areas: |

| |

|Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the work. Work may include but is not limited to the |

|following: Permit procurement, coordination, administration of craft labor for the general construction of building improvements; General |

|contracting services including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical, general building and interior work, drywall, |

|sheetmetal, acoustical tile, masonry; Hazardous Materials Encapsulation and/or Abatement Services; Structural/Seismic Retrofit Services; |

|Flooring/Carpeting Services; Concrete/Paving Services; Materials Testing Services; Environmental including air monitoring, well testing, |

|containment areas; Consultation Services; and Fire Life Safety/Building Management Services. |

|Pre-construction, construction, GMP, Lump Sum or Design Build facilities. Must be able to provide Union and prevailing wage type work. |

|PG&E’s primary objectives is to: |

|Develop mutually beneficial relationships with a best-in-class company, |

|Establish competitive pricing structures with the selected company, |

|Develop a multi-year relationship with agreed-upon fixed prices; |

|Set mutually agreeable Diverse Supplier sub-contracting goals and a subcontracting plan. The successful Bidder will agree to make good |

|faith efforts to assist PG&E in meeting the goals set in General Order (GO) 156 of the California Public Utilities Commission through the |

|implementation of Contractor’s subcontracting plan.  Such good faith efforts will be measured through Performance Scorecard provisions of |

|the Contract. |

|The parties will define performance standards, metrics, and reporting processes to generate consistent, efficient, and effective results |

|for both PG&E and the successful Bidder. Performance measurement reporting processes will be as specified in the Performance Scorecard |

|provisions of the Contract. |

|Work collaboratively with the selected company to develop value-added services and processes that focus on reducing costs for both PG&E and|

|the successful Bidder. |

| |

|PG&E Pre-Qualifications for General Contracting are the following: |

| |

| Must be capable of accomplishing work throughout all of PG&E’s service territory. |

|See attached Territory areas for reference. |

| |

|Must have experience in all types of buildings ranging from multi-story office buildings in San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, Central |

|Valley, call centers, data centers, educational facilities, multi-use service centers in a campus setting, industrial/high-tech |

|laboratories, repair shops, equipment warehouses, service yards, etc. |

| |

|Must be able to handle multiply projects at a time |

| |

|Must have worked in high security areas |

| |

|Must have excellent safety record. |
