Procedure for CONUS Training Is this the US entry training location?If NO, but IMS was at DLI or another US training location. Do NOT administer ECL. If YES, but IMS is from a country exempt from CONUS ECL testing, see ECL/OPI DSCA EXEMPTION LIST for a listing. Do NOT administer ECL. If YES, administer ECL. Either…IMS makes score and enters training.Or, IMS does NOT make score. IMS is permitted to retest in 1 or 2 days (NEVER the same day). On the second attempt, if IMS makes score, enters training. If fails a second time, advise DLIELC and MILDEP and can request a second retest (or a third attempt to make score). ................
