What does it do on the Server side (HP3000)?

• Organize output files (spool files) using Native HP3000 spooler commands

• Directly print files or groups of files to any HP3000 system printer

• Transfers spool files to the Client workstation for processing

What does it do on the Client side?

• Organizes spool files into spooler queues (folders)

• Directly print to any HP3000 system printer

• Directly print to any network printer

• Convert spool files to PC file formats

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Excel

• ASCII text (notepad/wordpad)

• WordPerfect

• HTML

• PDF

• Burst a report into sections on the basis of “heading data”

• Distribute report sections via email using a distribution list

• Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 and above

• MAPI compliant email systems

• Package sections of a single report based on a “common” distribution email address

• Word with a Table of Contents page

• Excel Workbook with multiple worksheets

NOTE: The actual file output format produced depends on the capabilities of the PC software being used to save the files.
