Contract Administration

• 7/1/2013 Update pricing to reflect the 1.25% price increase granted to CI. CI requested this increase due to the new management fee that went into effect on July 1, 2013.

• 12/10/2009 ADDED REFLEXITE 330 REFLECTIVE MATERIAL AS ACCEPTABLE IN THE MANUFACTURE OF VESTS. PRODUCT HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY WSDOT AND MEETS ANSI SPECS. Allowed addition of reflexite material was effective 11/15/2009.

• 11/1/2009 Correctional Industries reduced the price on three vests in category I and all of category II by 4-14%.

• 6/30/2009 Contract term extended for 24 months through 6/30/2011.

• 6/30/2009 due to inventory limitations Delivery time ARO of 30 days for large orders of 100 units or more was agreed to by WSDOT and CI.

• 6/30/2009 WSDOT waives t-shirt pocket location specification per their discussions with CI and the CI supplier. CI and wsdot will notify the osp contracts administrator at that point to request a contract update.
