Scan to Network Folders yy With ScanPath, it's easy to scan & automatically deposit

documents to network folders for processing by others.

Easily Convert & Process Scanned Documents yy At the MFP user panel, select the desired scanning or

document process. yy Enter either you or another person's email address, or

browse a folder on the network & select applicable folder, to which you want the file sent. yy Place your documents into the MFP document tray & select "Scan" ? you're done.

Scan Directly to Web Online Repositories & SharePoint

yy Automatically scan documents & images directly to the following web repositories: Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Google Photos, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Office 365, & Evernote.

yy You can also automatically file documents scanned from the MFP directly into the Microsoft SharePoint. Scan directly to SharePoint folders. Saves time & improves efficiencies.

Integrated with Prism WorkPath yy Prism WorkPath is designed to work together with the

ScanPath products. WorkPath provides automated document processing at the desktop. yy From ScanPath at the MFP, you can quickly scan a document directly to that process, selected from the MFP User Panel, and the scanned document will be sent directly to your Prism WorkPath where it will be automatically processed.

Licensed at the MFP yy ScanPath resides on a non-dedicated, local Microsoft

Windows-based server. A single license can handle up to 50 separate MFPs. There are no restrictions on the number of people using ScanPath at each MFP; however, each MFP requires a ScanPath license.

Scan-to-Me & Scan-to-Home yy Scan-to-Me allows a user to scan a document to his or her

email address. This is a quick way of getting a document into the email system. yy Scan-to-Home allows a user to scan a document to his or her home folder. This places all scanned documents in a single & easy-to-retrieve folder.

Microsoft Exchange Integration yy Emails sent by ScanPath from the MFP appear in the users

Outlook Sent folder. This allows users to easily keep track of all emails from his/her desktop.

Scan Directly to DocRecord folders yy ScanPath is often used to scan documents directly into

DocRecord, Prism's enterprise content management application. Users can scan directly to DocRecord folders from the MFP user panel, improving efficiencies and lowering costs.

Workflow yy Custom document workflow processes can be created and

published to the MFP panel. These automatic processes eliminate manual document processing. Examples of workflows include: ? Accounting (invoice scanning and processing,

purchase orders, expense reports, etc.) ? Legal (case records, discovery records, etc.) ? Human Resources (employee records, resume

processing, etc.)

FollowPrint & Secure Release yy Securely release your print jobs from either a web enabled

mobile device or the MFP user panel. This provides convenient follow & secure printing to unlimited users.

Integrated Bates Stamping yy Scan directly to predefined Bates stamping profiles

from the user panel of the MFP. Bates stamping profiles including document serialization, naming, dates and much more. yy ScanPath adds these identifiers to scanned documents and then stores these documents into DocRecord.

Scan-to-Barcode Cover Sheet yy Barcode cover sheets are ideal for documents that cannot

be OCRed directly or multi-page documents that are being batch scanned. yy A barcode cover sheet enables ScanPath to easily work with non-integrated MFPs and all stand-alone scanners. The barcode cover sheet application is a browser-based application that allows for easy cover page configuration and printing.

FastLinkTM yy ScanPath's FastLinkTM enables custom links to third-party

applications that are designed and published to the MFP user panel. This allows ScanPath to interact with virtually any third-party application that can ingest a data file.
