This is the Source Wide Condition Landfill Table for 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart WWW subject landfills which have not yet had actual Non-methane organic compounds (NMOC) emissions of less than 50 megagrams from it.

This includes the emission unit name, description, and some instructions for Part C, the emission unit summary table. Other emission units may be needed for the ROP. For example, if the landfill has an ongoing groundwater cleanup regulated by Rule 290 then a Rule 290 table will also need to be added. If the landfill has a New Source Review (NSR) permit for another portion of the landfill, then the requirements of the NSR permit need to be incorporated. If the landfill has a flare and has actual uncontrolled NMOC emissions, then the flare is only subject to the state regulations which are already included in the ROP general conditions. The flare does not need to have its own table. However, it must be added to the control portion of EULANDFILL ................
