How to Choose Vocabulary for a Core Vocabulary BoardHybrid ListsGail Van Tatenhove took the Benajee lists* and compared them to other lists and to language samples from devices of augmentative communication users. She came up with the following hybrid lists that she uses in clinical practice. These lists can be used to add new words for language learning and for communication expansion.
