When did you know you wanted to coach at SSYS? / How long have you been coaching? I wanted to coach SSYS when my daughter started to participate ( My 1st year as a head coach at SSYS )

What do you enjoy most about coaching? Seeing the kids have fun and improve their skills is what I enjoy most about coaching.

How do you go about motivating your players? I motivate players by encouraging them when they do anything well and always stay positive with them (positive reinforcement!)

What skills/characteristics do you look for in your players? I look for kids who pay attention and have good awareness (that's the number 1 skill ! )

What advice would you give to new coaches? I would tell new coaches to always be positive with their players, always teach players to give their best effort, and constantly try to remind/teach players the fundamentals

When not rooting for your SSYS team, who is your favorite school/sport team and/or players? Any sports team in Atlanta I root for, besides the Georgia Bulldogs (Falcons, Hawks, Georgia Tech)

What has been your most memorable SSYS moment? My most memorable moment is being able to pitch to my daughter while she bats!

When you are not at the fields, what do you enjoy doing most? When not at the field I enjoy spending time with family.
