Well, we’ve created communication templates to make it easier for you to announce PiiQ at your company.The following 3 email templates were designed to help you announce PiiQ, the benefits, and next steps. Email Template #1: PiiQ is coming soon announcement (Send to entire company)Suggested usage of template: PiiQ System Admin(s) should email ALL EMPLOYEES who will have a PiiQ user subscription.Timing: Send email the day you sign the contract with Cornerstone, or as soon as you’re a ready to introduce this new tool. Email Template #2: Here’s what managers should know about PiiQ (Send to managers)Suggested usage of template: PiiQ System Admin(s) should email ALL MANAGERS who have employees reporting to them and be prepared to upload all managers into the People section of PiiQ (see welcome email dependencies below). Managers should log in to explore the tool.Timing: Send email after you’ve configured Settings, and when you are comfortable allowing managers to get access to PiiQ. Email Template #3: PiiQ is going live this week announcement (Send to entire company)Suggested usage of template: PiiQ System Admin(s) should email ALL EMPLOYEES (i.e. individual contributors) who will use PiiQ and be prepared to upload all employees into the People section of PiiQ (see Welcome email dependencies below). Timing: Send email when you are ready for employees to have access to PiiQ. Do you want people to get the PiiQ system-generated welcome email? By default, the welcome email is turned off. If you want users to get the system-generated welcome email with link to access PiiQ, please turn on the welcome email before you upload your people.
