Kahler Slater Benefits & Perks Survey

Kahler Slater Benefits & Perks Survey

August 2004

As mentioned by Carol Gessert at the August staff meeting, and in context of the enterprise’s financial health as reported by George at the retreat, Kahler Slater is considering some additional benefits for all employees. We continue to be committed to creating an exceptional environment in which to work. Knowing that we could invest in growing existing benefits and/or introducing new benefits, we are asking our clients, all of you, what choices you would most value.

Please answer the following survey and return it confidentially by September 10, 2004. (We expect it will take you no more than 15 minutes to complete.) To insure 100% participation, we will keep track of who responds, without identifying your particular response. To do this, we ask that you return your completed survey in the provided envelope* sealed , to Cheryl Spiropoulos or Linda Kratz. As you turn it in, Cheryl or Linda will note that you have turned in your survey and then will forward the sealed survey to Employee Services.

Thank you in advance for your very valuable input.
