To fully service and educate our customers staff To ensure that the Rinnai brand and Rinnai products are merchandised to the correct standard. To contribute to the development of Rinnai’s growth and performance by creating and sustaining trade and consumer sales of Rinnai’s total product range through our distributors and merchants. To ensure that our distributors and merchants find Rinnai an easy, responsive and service driven anisation Context:Key Relationships: External:Purpose of contact with this person/s:Direct customers (merchants, Independents, other)?Growing relationship between customer and RNZ. ?To ensure customers are trained on RNZ products.?To assist customers to sell more RNZ product leading a mutually profitable outcome?To increase RNZ SOW in store Installer of Rinnai products( Plumbers, Gasfitters, Builders)?Educate so RNZ products are the installers choice?Feed installers product demand back through the relevant channelInternal:Purpose of contact with this person/s:NZ Sales ManagerTo ensure that the company strategy and objectives are being effectively implementedMarketing teamCross departmental communication to ensure market initiatives are co-ordinated to our customers and internally.
