? Scroll down to DiagnosticOn and press Enter twice

to quickly skip down to D, then use the

down cursor several times to get to

Step 1: Turn on Stat Diagnostics

? On a newer TI-84, press MODE, scroll down

? Next to STAT DIAGNOSTICS: make sure the word ON is blinking and press .

? Press

to get back to the home screen.

? NOTE: You only need to do this step once. Your calculator will remember the settings.

Step 2: Enter your data

? Enter the x-values into L1 (List 1) ? Enter the y-values into L2 (List 2) ? (Remember to clear the lists first.)

Step 3: Calculate the correlation

? Press STAT > CALC ? Choose
