Middletown High School Marching BandOrlando, Florida TripApril 18-23, 2017190500026670The Middletown High School Marching Band will be traveling to Orlando, Florida from April 18-23, 2017. The band will spend 3 days at Walt Disney World and 1 day at the Universal Studios/Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, We will be performing at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom for thousands of international guests. It is a truly a unique performance opportunity for the band. The trip is open to all students who participate through the end of the 2016-17 marching band season. We will be traveling by motorcoaches. Due to the cost structure of bussing, we need to know how many students will be participating in the trip as soon as possible. This will help us determine our bussing and chaperone needs. We ask that students reserve their space by completing the attached page and returning it with their $275 deposit by September 12, 2016. The current total cost for students and chaperones is $1025. This includes the following: hotel, private hotel security, transportation, 3 day park hopper for Walt Disney World (we will visit each of the 4 Disney parks), 1 day park hopper for Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure, breakfast each day and one meal ticket each day. A full trip itinerary and list of items included in the trip is available on our website at , Payments can be made by cash, check (made out to MMAC) or by credit card online on our website. We will be beginning fund raising opportunities for students to help pay for their trip over the next couple of weeks. A payment schedule has been included below. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 1, 2017. MMAC must pay the total cost of the trip to Educational Tours Inc. at this time and can not cover the cost of late payments.
