NOTE: Multiple SAP Concur product versions and UI themes are available, so this content might contain images or procedures that do not precisely match your implementation. For example, when SAP Fiori UI themes are implemented, home page navigation is consolidated under the SAP Concur Home menu.

Permissions

A company administrator may or may not have the correct permissions to use this feature. The administrator may have limited permissions, for example, they can affect only certain groups and/or use only certain options (view but not create or edit).

If a company administrator needs to use this feature and does not have the proper permissions, they should contact the company's SAP Concur administrator.

Also, the administrator should be aware that some of the tasks described in this guide can be completed only by SAP. In this case, the client must initiate a service request with SAP Concur support.

Overview of the Request Feature

Refer to the Concur Request: Overview Guide for general information about requests, such as what the user sees, what the approver sees, workflow, settings, configuration basics, etc.

Request Configurations

Not all Request features are available for all Request implementations.

|Implementation |Is this feature available? |

|Stand-alone |Yes, Optional |

|Integrated with Concur Expense (but not Concur Travel) |Yes, Optional |

|Integrated with Concur Travel (but not Concur Expense) |Yes, Optional |

|Integrated with Concur Expense and Concur Travel |Yes, Optional |

Overview of Country Groups

The administrator can create country groups and use those groups for audit rules, workflow rules, and email reminders. For example, the administrator could create a rule that applies only to travel to the Caribbean or the Middle East.

Several country groups are provided. The administrator can add, modify, and delete groups. The administrator can also add countries to groups or remove countries from groups.

Note the following:

• A country can be assigned to only one group.

• A country group can be deleted only if there are no countries assigned to the group.

Procedures

Use these procedures to add, modify, and remove country groups and to change the countries in a group.

7. Click Remove.

N If the country group cannot be deleted (for example, there are countries assigned to the group), the Remove button is unavailable.

In Use is an indicator that a group configuration is directly referred to within the overall configuration, and therefore cannot be deleted until that related configuration is updated. This does not indicate that users are assigned to the group. Some common examples of related configuration would be Company News records or conditions within Audit Rules.
