The fall 2015 Law Bulle n lists LCIVL921 LA Secured Transac ons as a civil law "pool" course. As of November 2014, this material is no longer tested on the Louisiana bar exam. We recommend students complete the pool course requirement by enrolling in Persons, LA Code of Civil Procedure, Community Property, or Security Rights. The fall 2015 Law Bulle n lists LCIVL921 LA Secured Transac ons as one of two required courses for students in the bo om 25% at the end of the first year. In spring 2015, after the fall 2015 bulletin was published, the faculty replaced LA Secured Transactions as a bottom quarter requirement with LCIVL935 LA Code of Civil Procedure. Students who entered the College of Law in fall 2015 are strongly encouraged to enroll in LA Code of Civil Procedure instead of LA Secured Transactions to complete the end of the first year
