Appellants motion for the court to certify copies of title documents discovered in the Circuit Court. Case file. In this court. When last reviewing the file June 20, 2011, and also to notify the court that scheduling report has never been received for the June 7. Notice of appeal filed with this Court and prehearing information report.

Comes now George McDermott, through the motion process and lose his court to make copies of the deed of trust both front and back and attached copies found in the circuit court file June 22, 2011, and to have these documents true tested by the court. Record transferred to this court. True test copies of these documents are in need for a forensic audit to show the court that a fraud has been committed on it by Kenneth J McFadden and his Associates. These documents will also be turned over to the FBI as [Att 1] requires reporting of frauds to the FBI on the courts and against the walls of this nation for an investigation.

2. Secondly the fact. Appellant has never received the scheduling report for the latest notice of appeal and prehearing information report submitted in the above referenced case 307 of the 2010 term. And appellant does not want case to be dismissed for lack of due diligence in checking the court docket and notifying the court clerks of deficiencies.
