Ryan Henry – "Dealing With Changes in Life"

Kristi Birch – "Clear Your Clutter and Transform Your Life!"

Clutter is ‘stuck energy’ that has far-reaching effects physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The simple act of clearing clutter can transform your life by releasing negative emotions, generating energy, and allowing you to create space in your life for the things you want to achieve.

Kristi will guide you through the liberating task of clutter clearing, including the psychology of why we keep clutter in the first place. Through group seminars and individual coaching, Kristi has empowered hundreds to reach their full potential by helping them release emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical clutter from their lives.

Kristi earned her degree from BYU in Communications. Her varied experiences from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange to humanitarian aid in Rwanda to running her own business have given her the opportunity to work with all types of people in all walks of life. Kristi lives with her family in Ellicott City, Maryland.
