➢ Refund Policy: All payment is at the door. If a student attends any portion of the course, no refund is allowed. A student may attend a future course at no charge. No refund on books or materials that have been opened.

|This workshop will discuss analysis of the 12-Lead EKG to include an overview of cardiac anatomy, physiology and hemodynamics, axis, chamber hypertrophy, |

Coronary heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in the United States. Stroke is the No. 3 cause of death in the United States and a leading cause of serious disability. In the United States, total cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death. Looking at specific age groups, cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 cause of death for people age 75 and older, No. 2 for people ages 25–74 and No. 5 for people ages 15–24 ()

|Cardiac Dysrhythmias & Therapeutic Modalities (RN, LVN, RTs) 20.0 Contact |

|This course is designed for the healthcare provider to learn to analyze the cardiac rhythms. The program is also helpful as a review if you have taken the|

|course before. The class will include anatomy and physiology of the heart, conduction of the heart and analysis of sinus, atrial, junctional, heart block |

|and ventricular rhythms. Emphasis will be placed on the effect of these rhythms on cardiac function and appropriate treatment. Pacemakers will be |

|discussed. Homework and completion of an exam are required to obtain a certificate. |
