All work must be handcrafted by the artist signing the contract. No imported work is allowed with the exception of approved charitable organizations. Please remember to only bring items in the category listed on your contract. Only the crafter signing the contract may exhibit, no sharing is allowed.

The Craft Fair committee reserves the right to limit quantity of crafters within a particular category, to determine the appropriateness of an item, and ask for removal if necessary on the day of the fair.

As the crafter assumes all risks and responsibilities for their personal safety and loss or damage to personal property, we strongly recommend that all exhibitors carry insurance for protection against such loss.

Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting all sales tax. All exhibitors selling their work must have a NYS tax ID#, and the Certificate of Authority must be displayed at the Craft Fair. Crafters may only exhibit items listed on their contract.

Disrepect to any CBA Cadet, staff member, or Craft Fair volunteer is grounds for immediate expulsion from the Craft Fair and any future Craft Fairs.

Space Size: We cannot accommodate pop-up tents in any of our spaces. Nothing may be affixed to the walls. We will assign vendors to spaces in either of the following sections:

Gym spaces: 9'wide by 10 ?'deep. Hallway spaces: 16' wide by 4'deep Cafeteria: varies as space allows Classroom: 8' wide by 8' deep 8' tables are available for rental upon request for an additional fee of $15.00 each (with a maximum of 2 tables per vendor). A maximum of 2 chairs will be provided as requested on contract for no additional fee. Electricity: For safety reasons, electricity is extremely limited, particularly in the gym, and is not guaranteed in any space, even if requested. There is no electric in the center of the gym. Only request electricity if absolutely necessary for your craft. You must supply your own electrical extension and only one plug is allowed.

Fee: $100.00 per space (non-refundable after May 1, 2017)

All crafters are required to donate one item (valued at $20) to benefit the CBA Parents Association. The item will be used at their discretion for our annual Craft Fair Drawing, thank you gifts, and door prizes at other events.

Contacting the Craft Fair: All contact with the Craft Fair is via email. Please e-mail craftfair@ . The

CBA website has a constant Craft Fair link which also directs inquiries to the above e-mail address. This Vendor Information Summary is also posted on the website. Please direct your friends to the website for Craft Fair info. Please do not call the school.

Confirmation of your space assignment will be sent via e-mail the first week of November, 2017, Those without e-mail

will receive a mailing via US Postal Service.

Set Up Times: Friday evening November 17, 2017 6pm-8pm and Saturday, November 18, 2017 starting at 6:30AM. Cadet assistance will be available Friday evening and Saturday morning for set up as well as Saturday evening for re-loading vehicles.

Important Note: The facility and all grounds at CBA are non-smoking areas.
